How we started
     
  Our founder” Abhishek Gupta” felt sporadically, dearth of quality recruitment solution providers, during his 11 year long association as Business head staffing @Patni , offshore Resource Delivery Manager or leading Leadership hiring @ TechMahindra  Or while setting up Vodafone’s IT captive in India@Pune.

While delivering on US, UK, APAC, MEA, ANZ and  India based assignments, still every quarter he had try new vendors and every day he used to see poorly positioned resume.
Most of Recruitment professionals spend bandwidth in grooming or setting expectations of their vendors or candidates.

Finally one Evening He decided to act upon-“ BE the Change, You wish to See around in the world” and He left the Security zone of corporate Job and Started SKILLS FACTORY, so he can reduce the same gap and HELP people with his long working Experience.
